As Claims Manager she shares her in-depth insurance knowledge and ability to communicate and negotiate effectively to ensure clients receive the best results from their insurance protection in the event of a claim. Paula spent two years (2003-2005) as a commercial marketer, assisting producers with obtaining quotes and placing coverage with the most suitable markets. In 2006, she assumed position as Commercial Account Executive and Capri’s Team Leader for Cowan Public Entity (Canada’s leading Local Government Insurer and Risk Manager). In addition to Public Entities, Paula also specializes in the insurance and risk management needs of Contractors, Developers, Real Estate and the Not for Profit Sector. Member of BC Water Supply Association and Southern Interior Construction Association. Also an Associate Member of the Government Finance Officers Association of BC (GFOABC). Currently enrolled in Fellowship program with the Insurance Institute of Canada, Risk Management Major. Charter Member of the West Kelowna Daybreak Rotary Club.
