KCR is staying true to its vision of a community where individuals and families are supported in leading healthy, productive and fulfilling lives by continuing to offer services in these very challenging times. Our commitment to all of our participants and funders is that we will deliver the services that are vital to our community. While how we deliver these services may change, I am confident that our incredible management and staff team will offer the highest level of service possible. In accordance with Federal and Provincial health mandates, we have limited access to our facility at this time but please know that we are here for you.
We ask that only those requiring urgent assistance come to our offices. For all other requests, please connect with us using technology tools such as video apps and phones as these will be safest for both you and our team’s health. If you have been working with a specific person at KCR, please send them an email and they will contact you directly. If you are unsure of who to contact, please call our office at 250-763-8008 and we will connect you to the right person.
