Employability these days is not easy. We take the guesswork out of getting the right job fit for four unique social groups. Through personalized training, participants can confidently move forward in their career goals.
1. Mosaic
We provide skills training and customized employment support to Francophones, Immigrants, and Visible Minorities. Get one-on-one support from a Vocational Counsellor. We can develop a tailored training plan to provide the confidence and skills for long-term, meaningful employment.
2. Diverse Abilities
Having diverse abilities is not a barrier to employment. Our program mutually develops training plans and provides one-on-one support by partnering with employers and training partners. We identify and find solutions with employers to meet your unique needs.
3. Work Re-Entry After Justice System
Have you been involved with the Criminal Justice system? The program can provide financial supports and certificate training such as First Aid, Ground Disturbance, H2S Alive, Serving It Right, and more. Our customized coaching, training, and employment plans will help remove barriers and build your skills to re-enter the workforce.
