3. Jurisdiction

This agreement between you, the user and KCR shall be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of the province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein. 4. Entire Agreement

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and KCR with respect to the subject matter hereof and cancels and supersedes any prior understandings and agreements between the parties hereto with respect thereto.
