Join our Employment Mentorship Program!

KCR’s Employment Mentorship Program is designed with the goal of providing comprehensive support to individuals seeking to acclimate to Canadian workplace culture, enhance their job search acumen, and establish connections with professionals already established in their chosen field. Throughout the program, participants engage in weekly meetings with their assigned mentor over a duration of two months. These sessions, which can be conducted either in-person or online, serve as invaluable opportunities for mentees to gain insights, refine their skills, and expand their professional network within the Canadian job market.

The Settlement Mentorship Program can match you with a mentor who has been living in Canada for a longer amount of time. You and your mentor will meet once a week for 3 months. Your mentor can help you practice your English, meet people and become more involved in Canadian culture by doing different activities that you are both interested in. Meetings can take place in person or online.
