Youth Employment Skills Strategy (YESS)

Are you new to Canada within the last 5 years and between 15 and 30? Unemployed and need help with your job search?

Our YESS Program provides:

• Individualized Employment Counselling focusing on Career goal setting, Career exploration, Credential Recognition etc.
• Job search support for your targeted occupation
• Resume support and interview training
• Mentoring and networking opportunities
• One-on-one help with your job search

Program Eligibility:

• Newcomer to Canada in the last 5 years
• Between the ages of 15-30 years old
• Residing in the Central Okanagan area (Peachland, West Kelowna, Kelowna, Lake Country)
