Disruptive Leadership includes six full-day sessions constructed to build leadership skills on the foundation of JEDI values.
The program:
- links you to regional connections and resources that will support the ongoing work as you activate your learning;
- includes a development evaluation framework to ensure that participant and facilitator feedback is used to adapt and enhance the program;
- is multi-sectoral, ensuring diverse perspectives in a collaborative space;
- offers both JEDI and Leadership one-on-one mentoring.
