Recreation & Wellness Programs

A healthy lifestyle includes at least 150 minutes of moderate to vigorous activity per week. If you have not participated in regular physical activity for some time, check with your doctor before becoming more physically active.

Community recreation centres offer programs for individuals with chronic pain and/or chronic illness. Contact the centre closest to you for current programs.
