There are three types of senior housing communities: Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Residential Care.
Assisted Living housing is for seniors who require some extra assistance with personal needs, mobility or taking medications.
Residential Care housing provides 24 hour professional nursing care for seniors unable to live independently.
