The Holiday Events Guide consists of FREE/low-cost events, community dinners, spiritual services, craft fairs & bazaars, and Christmas hamper locations happening in the Central Okanagan during the holiday season.

Due to the overwhelming demand, we have found it necessary to charge a nominal fee per event. Each event will now cost $10 (2 Events = $20, etc). To cut down on administrative staff time, payment will be due at the time of submission (PayPal online, cash/cheque in person).

DistributionThe Guide will run in the November 15th edition of the Kelowna Capital News.

- 1,500 extra copies sent to high-traffi community locations (Parkinson Rec, H20, etc)
Submit & Pay Online with PayPalPlease fill out the form with all event and contact information. When finished, you will receive an email with purchase instructions. Events not associated with a payment will not be published. Make sure to purchase the right quantity needed for the number of event submissions. Please add your Event Names in the Order Notes section of the purchase confirmation page so we can associate payments with events.

Submit & Pay in PersonIf you do not have PayPal, please fill out the Event Submission Form and print it off. Bring in your payment (cash/cheque, $10/event) to our office (#200 – 620 Leon Avenue) with your printed event forms before the deadline. Paper receipts will be issued when payment & event information is received.
Page 2 is only required if you are submitting more than 1 event.
