We encourage your feedback and use it to improve our services. All programs and staff are evaluated on an ongoing basis. Should you wish to relay feedback anytime, you can:

If you have a concern or complaint that you wish to express in person, you encouraged to discuss the issue with the individual staff involved. You may have an advocate or person of support with you during these discussions. If you feel uncomfortable speaking with the staff member, or after the discussion the issue or complaint is not resolved, you may talk with the supervisor who will explain our complaint procedures.
